General Description

The air conditioned house with Wi-Fi is on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms.
All 4 bedrooms (and the sitting room) have air-con.
The house includes 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities: ideal for an extended family, or 2 families sharing.

Upstairs: Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, bedroom with twin beds, family bathroom with washing machine, 3rd bedroom with bunks (big enough for adults).

Downstairs: Modern well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc. Sitting/dining room with large TV and loads of films, books and games,etc. 4th double bedroom with en-suite.

Outside: Large terrace with panoramic views, table, chairs, loungers and barbeque.

The house can therefore accommodate:
Up to 6 using any 3 of the bedrooms
Up to 9 (including children) using the 4th bedroom downstairs.
Beds will be made on arrival.

Its suitable for: from a couple to a larger or extended family group, or 2 families, or up to 4 couples subject to a maximum of 8 adults or 9 with children. A fold-down bed or cot is provided for the 9th place.

No hidden extras- WiFi, all bills & cleaning is included for all bookings at no extra charge.

Air Con is included for all bookings from mid June to mid Sept.

FUENTES DE ALMUNECAR

The house is on a modern, exclusive resort on an unspoilt part of Spain's Southern coast, close to the town of Almunecar. It was built by Med Group, who own La Manga Club.
Fuentes sits on a hilltop overlooking the sea. Great views of the sea, coast and nearby hills can be enjoyed from many places, including the house & terrace. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools-one an infinity pool- with breathtaking sea and coastal views. The Infinity Pool is open in July and August, 8 hours per day, with a lifeguard. The 2nd upper pool is open all year.
The homes are spread out across the top and along the side of the hill with panoramic views.
The resort has an onsite Security Guard. A car is recommended.
